Why Hire a Texas Estate Planning Attorney?

While there are online services that advertise “do it yourself” documents at less cost, the documents provided by M&P Law Offices are crafted specifically for you and your family by our attorneys and staff and are executed in our offices to ensure that all the legally required formalities are completed to put you at ease.

Our goal is to have you prepared for when the documents are to be used so that the probate process is as easy and worry-free as the completion of the documents themselves.  The last thing that you want is to deal with errors and/or omissions in your estate documents, which cause added stress and potential litigation during these trying times.
